Servings: 4

Tomato Paste – 200 Grams
Onion – 1 Piece
Fresh basil – To taste (optional)
Garlic – 2 Cloves

Directions
Heat olive oil in a skillet.
Fry finely chopped onions and diced tomatoes for 2-3 minutes, then add the minced meat to the pan (the minced meat must first be salted and pepper to taste). Stir and fry for 5 minutes.
Add tomato paste.
Bring the sauce to a boil and simmer for about 10-15 minutes over low heat until the sauce thickens.
A couple of minutes before readiness, adjust the sauce to taste – add spices, fresh herbs (basil is best, but another is possible), lemon juice.
Remove from heat and serve with spaghetti boiled until tender.
