Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat (turkey)
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock, instant
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 roll, stale
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 1 zucchini
  • oil for frying
  • some water, hot

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the roll. Put in a bowl and season with vegetable stock and pepper. Cover with a little hot water so that the cubes soak up with it. Wash and grate the zucchini and add to the bread rolls. Mix in the minced meat. If the mixture is too moist, mix with the flour to form a firmer mixture.
  2. Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan. Use two tablespoons to form small meatballs out of the meat dough and fry on both sides in the oil. Dab the frying fat on a kitchen towel and serve.
  3. This goes well with green salad, rice or baguette. Also tastes delicious cold!
  4. Tip: Can also be varied with other vegetables (e.g. finely chopped onions, finely grated carrots, etc.).
