Mineral water Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour – 500-550 grams
  • Mineral water – 180-200 grams
  • Chicken egg – 1 Piece
  • Sugar – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Salt – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Vegetable oil – 40 grams

Directions

  1. Prepare your ingredients.
  2. Pour mineral water into the container, add salt and sugar there, so that the dough becomes more tasty and not bland. Stir.
  3. Pour in vegetable oil.
  4. Whisk in a chicken egg and stir in the liquid dough base.
  5. Stir in half the sifted flour.
  6. Toss the dough, add the remaining flour and knead the dough.
  7. The dough is ready, let it sit under a towel for 15-20 minutes. You can now bake your pizza.
  8. The dough is rolled out thinly and the pizza is delicious.
