Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 400 g flour
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 10 tablespoon oil
  • 10 tablespoon milk
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt

For the filling:

  • 300 g tomato (s), dried, alternatively pickled rilled veetables
  • 50 g pine nuts

For the cast:

  • 4 egg (s)
  • 200 ml milk
  • some cream cheese

Instructions

  1. For the dough, knead all the ingredients and distribute them thinly in 24 muffin cases.
  2. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and fill the dough with them. Spread the pine nuts on top.
  3. Mix in the eggs and milk and stir in a little cream cheese. Season the topping with salt and pepper and spread over the quiches.
  4. Bake the quiches in a preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 20 minutes.
