  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 150 g quark
  • 100 g butter or mararine
  • 125 g flour
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 100 g cheese, rated (e.. Gouda)
  • 200 ml milk

Instructions

  1. Put the quark in a kitchen towel and dry a little. Knead the butter in small pieces with quark, flour and salt to form a smooth dough.
  2. Puree the eggs in another bowl with cheese and milk and season with salt and pepper. Roll out the dough approx. 1/2 cm thick and cut out circles approx. 10 cm in diameter. Roll an edge on each circle.
  3. Drain the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces, as well as the peppers into small pieces.
  4. Place the dumplings on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and cover evenly with paprika and mushrooms. Carefully pour the egg milk over with a spoon so that the thalers are almost flooded, sprinkle some more pepper over the top. Preheat the oven to 200 ° and bake the quiches for about 20 minutes until the edge turns brown.
