Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry from the refrigerated shelf
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 100 g tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons water
- 3 tablespoons cream or Cremefine
- 1 teaspoon, leveled sugar
- 1 teaspoon, heaped pizza seasoning, oregano and basil, dried
- salt and pepper
- 100 g Emmentaler, rated

- Makes about 50 pieces.
- Roll out the puff pastry, cut out small slices with a round cookie cutter and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Melt the margarine in a saucepan, add the tomato paste and stir until the tomato paste and margarine have combined smoothly. Stir in water, cream, sugar and pizza seasoning and remove the sauce from the heat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Put 1/2 teaspoon of tomato sauce on each of the puff pastry slices and sprinkle with a little cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° C (hot air) for 15-20 minutes, then let cool down.
- This recipe is suitable for small buffets, champagne receptions, as a snack between meals or for TV evenings.
