Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • 50 g cheese, rated
  • N / A Bell pepper (s), cut into small pieces
  • N / A Tomato (s), cut into small pieces
  • Ham, diced

Instructions

  1. Knead the flour, water, salt and olive oil into a smooth dough. Let the dough rest briefly.
  2. Now roll out the dough very thinly with the rolling pin and cut out small circles (preferably the size of a cup opening). Place the dough circles on a baking sheet with baking paper and spread the crème fraîche with herbs on top. Then sprinkle some cheese on top and sprinkle some ham, paprika or tomatoes on top of it. Bake the mini tarte flambée in the oven for approx. 10 minutes at 220 ° C, gas mark 7.
