Minke Tomatoes (Appetizer with Cheese and Garlic) Instructions

  1. Grate 100 grams of any hard or semi-hard cheese on a fine grater. It will be most delicious with Parmesan. We also rub a couple of garlic cloves, or to taste, on a fine grater or pass through a press (but why dirty the press if the grater is already dirty? 🙂
  2. Add about a tablespoon of mayonnaise, or to taste. We mix. (If you know what is equivalent to substitute mayonnaise in this recipe, write to us in the comments.) Optionally, you can add salt to the filling.
  3. We take cherry tomatoes (I have 13 pieces), place them horizontally in front of us and make two transverse cuts not to the bottom.
  4. Put a little filling in each cut.

  5. We do this with all tomatoes. That’s it – the appetizer with cheese and garlic is ready. 🙂
Bon appetit and don’t be afraid to experiment!
