Ingredients

  • 750 g mirabelle plums, pitted and halved, or plums
  • 200 g butter
  • 1 medium egg (s)
  • 200 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 100 g almond (s) or hazelnuts, round
  • 100 g suar
  • 75 g suar, brown
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter with the egg and the two sugars until frothy. Add the vanilla sugar and mix the flour with the baking powder, sieve on the dough and stir. Finally add the ground nuts and cinnamon. Mix everything well
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C hot air.
  3. Meanwhile, grease a springform pan and lightly flour it. Then press 3/4 of the dough into the springform pan with your fingers so that a small edge is formed. Save about a quarter of the dough. Place the mirabelle plums very tightly on the dough in a fan shape. Spread the remaining dough on top of the mirabelle plums as a crumble.
  4. Bake the cake for about 45-55 minutes (depending on the stove) and then let it stand in the switched-off oven for another 10 minutes.

  6. If you don`t like nuts, you can leave them out and replace them with another 100 g flour.
