Ingredients

  • g 1,000 mirabelle plums, pitted
  • 500 g preservin suar 2: 1
  • 1 teaspoon citric acid
  • 6 cl Campari

Instructions

  1. Mix the mirabelle plums with the preserving sugar and citric acid and let stand for about an hour. Then bring to the boil and cook for 4 minutes, add the Campari in the last half minute and then immediately pour into prepared twist - off glasses. I received 4.5 glasses of 230 ml each.
