Ingredients

  • 500 g mirabelle plums, fresh or straiht from the jar
  • 150 ml apple juice
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 50 g chocolate (nouat chocolate)
  • 125 g low-fat quark
  • 250 g curd milk
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Wash the mirabelle plums, cut them in half and stone them or let the fruit drain from the glass. Put 100 ml apple juice and 1 tablespoon honey in a saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Mix the starch with the rest of the apple juice and add to the fruits. Bring to the boil while stirring, then allow to cool.
  2. Grate the chocolate. Mix the quark with the curd, the remaining honey, cinnamon and 2/3 of the chocolate.
  3. Divide the mirabelle compote between glasses, place the quark on top and sprinkle with the remaining chocolate.
