Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 500g flour
  • 60 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 75 g butter
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 cube yeast, or packet dry yeast
  • 250 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 1 egg (s)
  • Fat, for the baking sheet

For covering:

  • 1 kg mirabelle plums

For the sprinkles:

  • 80 g butter
  • 80 g suar
  • 100 g flour
  • Sugar, for sprinkling
  • Cinnamon, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Make a yeast dough with the ingredients and let it rest for at least 30-45 minutes. Grease a baking sheet and roll out the yeast dough on it.
  2. Stone the mirabelle plums and spread them on the dough with the cut side facing up.
  3. Make the crumble dough and spread over the mirabelle plums. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. (Not too much, or it will be too cute.)
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 40 minutes.
