Miracle with Pumpkin Ingredients

  • Wheat flour – 300 grams
  • Water – 150 Grams
  • Salt – To taste
  • Pumpkin – 200 Grams
  • Onions – 1 Piece
  • Butter – 40 grams (to lubricate the miracle)
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Dill – To taste

Miracle with Pumpkin Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients for making the pumpkin miracle.

  2. For dough, mix flour and salt and pour in water.
  3. Knead a soft but firm dough that won’t stick to your hands.
  4. For the filling, cut the onions into small cubes and grate the pumpkin. Fry vegetables in vegetable oil.
  5. Fry the filling for 4-5 minutes over medium heat, add salt to taste, stir, remove from heat and let cool completely.
  6. Add finely chopped dill to the fried pumpkin with onions and stir. The filling is ready.
  7. Divide the dough into 5 equal parts, roll out thinly like pasties. Spoon the filling over one half.
  8. Fold over the edge of the cake and press down on the edges – similar to pasties.
  9. Fry the miracle in a dry skillet over medium heat – fry for 1-2 minutes.
  10. Remove hot miracles from the pan and brush with butter.

  11. Serve the cakes to the miracle right away
