Ingredients

  • 1 large lettuce (lettuce)
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 medium cucumber (s)
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 2 medium tomato (s)
  • 2 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 1 handful herbs - such as daisies, wild garlic, chives, pimpinelle, cress, sorrel, a few young leaves

For the dressing:

  • 3 tablespoon vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon cream, sweet
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the salads thoroughly, drain them well and pick them apart.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into cubes or thin rings. Peel the cucumber and thinly slice or slice it. Wash the radishes and also cut or slice them thinly.
  3. Wash the tomatoes, peel the eggs and cut both into wedges. Set aside for decoration.
  4. Wash the herbs thoroughly with hot, drain well and weigh or chop finely.

  6. Gently mix all the salad ingredients (not the tomatoes and eggs) together. Garnish with the tomato and egg wedges. Finally, spread the dressing over it.
