Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can tuna
  • 0.5 ½ point cheese (butter cheese or Gouda) in one piece

For the dressing:

  • 2 packs spice mix for salad (paprika-herbs)
  • 6 tablespoon water
  • 6 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Wash off the cucumber and tomatoes. Drain the corn and tuna. Dice the cheese.
  2. Peel the cucumber striped (for the look), cut off the ends and cut the cucumber in half lengthways. Then cut into slices - do not grate. Cut the tomato into slices, halving the large slices.
  3. Mix the spice mixture with oil and water in a (relatively large) bowl. Add the cucumber, tomato, corn and tuna and stir vigorously. Add the cheese cubes and mix in just a little (the cheese should be on top).
  4. Tip: Of course, the salad can be expanded with almost anything to taste and taste, but it is great as a light base.
