Ingredients

  • 280 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar, e.g., Brandy vinegar
  • 240 g wholemeal spelled flour
  • 240 g wheat flour, type 1050
  • 7 g dry yeast, or double the amount fresh yeast
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Pour the ingredients into the bread maker in the order in which they are listed. First the liquid ingredients, then the dry ones.
  2. If you use fresh yeast: Crumble on top after pouring in the flour. Then start the machine. I use the quick program. It takes me 1 hour 59 minutes.
