Ingredients

  • 250 g mararine
  • 200 g suar
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 200 g hazelnuts, round
  • 100 g chocolate flakes, whole milk
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 0.5 ½ bottle bitter almond flavor
  • 50 ml milk, or more, as needed
  • Margarine, for the mold
  • Powdered sugar, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Beat the margarine, sugar and eggs until frothy. Then gradually add the flour and baking powder while stirring. Now stir in the remaining ingredients. To make the dough smoother, add approx. 50-100 ml of milk.
  2. Grease any shape (I like to use a bundt cake pan) with a little margarine, add the dough evenly and bake in the oven at 175 ° C for about 60 - 70 minutes.
  3. Take out of the oven and let cool down a little. Then carefully remove from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
