- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 1 small egg (s)
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 3 tablespoon milk
- 2 tablespoon Nutella
- 3 tablespoon cocoa powder (real cocoa)
- 4 tablespoon flour
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ baking powder

- Pour the sugar into as large a cup as possible and mix with the egg. One after the other, all the other ingredients come into the cup. Stir vigorously and bake at 600 watts for approx. 3 minutes. It is best to check with a toothpick.
- After baking, the mug cake can be served with any topping, e.g. cream or powdered sugar.
