Mojito Сocktail With Mint Syrup

The Mojito cocktail is a Cuban drink that contains fresh mint, lime juice and rum. This recipe also uses mint syrup. It complements the alcoholic cocktail, making it even more aromatic and piquant.

Ingredients

  • Fresh mint – 10 g
  • Lime – 0.5 pcs.
  • White rum – 30 ml
  • Mint syrup – 20 ml
  • Ice – 100 g
  • Carbonated water – 150-170 ml

Directions

  1. Put the recommended amount of washed and dried mint leaves in a bowl.
  2. Cut the lime into wedges. Squeeze out the juice and place the citrus pieces in a bowl.
  3. Lightly knead the contents of the glass with a muddler (crush). We introduce mint syrup. Its amount is adjustable to your liking.
  4. Add pieces of ice.
  5. At the next stage, pour white rum into a glass.
  6. Add soda water to cover all ingredients.
  7. Mojito alcoholic cocktail is ready!
  8. Decorate with mint leaves. Serve the mojito with mint syrup immediately.
