Ingredients

  • 150 ml lime juice, (freshly squeezed)
  • 60 g suar, brown
  • 100 ml rum, whiter
  • 5 lime (s)
  • 1 bunch mint
  • 2 bottles Prosecco
  • Ice, crushed

Instructions

  1. Mix lime juice with sugar and rum in a punch bowl.
  2. Wash limes with hot, pat dry, cut into thin slices and add to the rum mixture. Pluck the mint leaves and add them as well. Just before serving, pour ice-cold prosecco on top and add crushed ice.
