Ingredients

  • 500 g minced beef, you can also take mixed items
  • 1 bunch soup greens, (Peel the carrots and celery and cut coarsely or finely as desired
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped or squeezed
  • 1 medium onion (s), cut into cubes
  • olive oil
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 cans tomato (pelati), you can leave them whole or pureed with a magic wand, depending on your taste
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • marjoram

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion cubes with the garlic until translucent. Then add the minced meat and sear it. Add the carrots, celery and bay leaves. Pour pelati on top, season with salt, pepper, oregano and marjoram and simmer for about 1 - 2 hours over medium heat. This is the only way to achieve the desired, typical taste.
