Ingredients

For the yeast dough:

  • 400 g flour
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 150 ml water, possibly more

For the sauce:

  • 200 g double cream cheese
  • 0.5 ½ cup sour cream
  • milk
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar or teaspoon honey
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon dill, dried
  • 1 pinch (s) chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
  • 1 clove garlic

For covering:

  • 200 g salmon (smoked salmon), torn
  • 2 cans tuna, torn
  • 200 g North Sea crabs in brine, rinsed
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), rated, possibly more
  • 200 g veetables (Chinese veetables), frozen, blanched
  • Grease for the tin

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients for the dough. The dough should be a smooth lump, then put it in a sealable bowl and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place. After rising, the dough should be drawn through with fine bubbles and roll out easily.
  2. While the dough is rising, mix all the ingredients for the sauce and season to taste. Roll out the dough on a greased baking sheet (which we have brushed with oil), and distribute the sauce on top. The sauce should be thick enough that it spreads easily on the bottom.
  3. Spread the blanched vegetables on top of the sauce, then top with the salmon, tuna and crabs. At the end, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 210 ° C (best based on your own oven). The pizza is ready when the cheese has run completely and is lightly brown.
