Ingredients

  • 100 g butter
  • 350 grams sugar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 kg quark
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 packs custard powder, vanilla flavor
  • 500 ml milk

Instructions

  1. Mix 100 g butter, 100 g sugar, 1 egg, 1 pinch of salt, 250 g flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder to form a dough. Line a greased springform pan with the dough and don`t forget the edge.
  2. Mix 1 kilo of quark, 250 g of sugar, 2 eggs, 1 cup of oil, 2 packets of vanilla pudding and 1/2 liter of milk and pour into the mold. Now only bake for 1 1/2 hours at about 175 degrees and ideally let cool in the oven.
  3. The cake can be baked the day before, then it tastes best.
