Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
  • 80 g butter
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 2 liters lightly salted water

Instructions

  1. Clean the cauliflower and cut into florets. Dice the stalk and cook everything together for about a quarter of an hour in salted water (not too salty, as the cooking water is still used!).
  2. Whisk eggs and flour together and stir into the cauliflower water. Bring to the boil and season with nutmeg. Finally stir in the butter and parsley. Serve hot.
