Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s), waxy
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 250 ml mayonnaise
  • 100 ml water
  • 0.5 ½ glass cucumber liquid
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 5 pickled cucumber (s)
  • 1 tablespoon beef broth, instant
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cook in boiling water or in the microwave for about 20 minutes. Let the potatoes cool, then cut them into slices and place in a large bowl.
  2. Meanwhile, the eggs can be boiled (boil really hard). Peel the eggs and cut them into small pieces together with the onion and pickles. Add to the potato slices in the bowl.
  3. Now bring 100 ml of water to the boil and stir in 1 tablespoon of beef broth. Then add the broth to the bowl. Add mayonnaise and cucumber liquid and mix well. Season to taste with pepper. Depending on your taste, season again with salt, beef broth or pepper and serve while warm.
