Moroccan Carrot Salad

The carrot and olive salad has a very original taste thanks to the citrus and honey dressing.

Ingredients
For refueling:
- Orange – 1/4 pc.
- Lemon – 1/4 pc.
- Honey – 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander – 1/4 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
- Prepare foods for Moroccan carrot salad.
- Mix ingredients for dressing.
- Grate carrots or in a food processor.
- In a skillet, fry the carrots in olive oil.
- Wash the mint and parsley and chop finely. Cut the olives in half.
- Mix carrots with olives and herbs.
- Season the salad with the dressing.
- Divide the carrot salad in portions.
