  • 4 slices veal liver
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coriander greens, chopped
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled cumin
  • 1 small chilli powder
  • salt
  • Flour

Instructions

  1. Make a marinade from the ingredients except the flour and marinate the liver in it for about 1 hour.
  2. Drain the liver and turn in flour. Fry on both sides in the pan.
