Ingredients

  • 1 glass sour cherries for topping
  • 100 g butter
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 200 g suar
  • 175 g hazelnuts, round
  • 50 grams flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 packet couverture your choice

Instructions

  1. Work the first 5 ingredients into a smooth dough. Press the dough into a prepared springform pan (preferably with cling film), then distribute the drained cherries on top.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients such as butter, eggs and sugar until frothy, then fold in the nuts, flour and baking powder. Distribute the mixture evenly over the sour cherries.
  3. Baking time: 1 hour at 175 ° C top / bottom heat. Then cover with any couverture.
