Ingredients
- 150 grams flour
- 65 g butter
- 65 g suar
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 glass sour cherries for topping
- 100 g butter
- 3 egg (s)
- 200 g suar
- 175 g hazelnuts, round
- 50 grams flour
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 packet couverture your choice

- Work the first 5 ingredients into a smooth dough. Press the dough into a prepared springform pan (preferably with cling film), then distribute the drained cherries on top.
- Mix the remaining ingredients such as butter, eggs and sugar until frothy, then fold in the nuts, flour and baking powder. Distribute the mixture evenly over the sour cherries.
- Baking time: 1 hour at 175 ° C top / bottom heat. Then cover with any couverture.
