Ingredients
- 6 medium potato (s), waxy (-8)
- 200 g meat salad
- 0.5 ½ kl. Glass Salad Cream (Miracel Whip)
- 4 egg (s), hard-boiled
- 1 medium onion (s), (-2)
- 2 tablespoon mustard, (-3)
- 1 tablespoon vinegar, (-2)
- 1 tablespoon mineral water (-2)
- salt and pepper
- parsley
- possibly garlic granules

- Cut everything into small pieces and mix. Do not chop the onions too finely or cut the egg pieces too small. The garlic granulate is almost a provocation, but test it yourself. In small (!) Quantities, it enhances the taste. Do not take a fresh one, it comes too hard. Granules dissolve better. Don`t be too frugal with pepper, mustard and vinegar. Salad should be (slightly) yellow in color. Fold in some parsley, garnish with the rest. Let it steep for at least 12 hours.
