Ingredients

  • 4 cl peach liqueur (alternatively apricot liqueur)
  • liter ⅛ orange juice
  • 2 cl red wine, drier

Instructions

  1. I use a tall wine glass for this. First fill up the liqueur with the orange juice and carefully pour the red wine into the glass using an upside-down tablespoon (the roundness of the spoon points upwards!) So that the wine does not mix with the juice, but instead settles red on top.
  2. Tastes delicious and I drank this as a Moulin Rouge.
