Ingredients

  • 300 g noodles (e.. croissant noodles) or nocchi
  • 0.5 ½ cauliflower
  • 100 g ham (Serrano) or Parma ham
  • 150 g cheese (oat ouda), diced
  • 80 g parmesan, rated
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Processed cheese with herbs, 2 corners it
  • 3 tablespoon sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • Butter, cut into flakes
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta or gnocchi in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Clean the cauliflower, cut into florets and cook until al dente (not too soft!).
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan. Dice the ham and fry briefly in hot oil. In the meantime, pour off the pasta and fold in. Cut the processed cheese into pieces, fold in and melt in the mass. Stir in the sour cream and season everything with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Fold in the breadcrumbs, then also the flakes of butter. Then carefully fold in the cauliflower. And finally add the diced goat gouda and the grated Parmesan. Serve immediately.
