Ingredients

  • 250 g mozzarella
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), orange, green or yellow

For the dressing:

  • 100 g yourt
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chives, fresh, chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Dice the mozzarella. Wash, core and finely chop the peppers.
  2. Stir the dressing together and season to taste.
  3. Mix the mozzarella with the pepper pieces and pour the dressing on top. But you can also mix it in. Tastes great as a salad or spread.
