  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 600 g mozzarella
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 bunch basil
  • Oil (olive oil)
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes and the mozzarella into approx. 1 cm thick slices, place them next to each other on a flat plate, then pour olive oil and sprinkle with some balsamic vinegar, then sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper, let stand for approx. 10 minutes and before serving with the Garnish with fresh basil leaves. With toasted bread, toast or baguette.
