Ingredients

  • 16 cherry tomato (s), yellow or red
  • 16 scoops mozzarella, mini balls
  • 16 leaves basil
  • 2 tablespoon pesto alla Genovese

Instructions

  1. Wash the cherry tomatoes and drain them well.
  2. Drain the mozzarella balls from their liquid.
  3. Wash the basil leaves and pat them dry.
  4. Wrap each mozzarella ball with a basil leaf.
  5. Thread the tomatoes and basil-wrapped mozzarella balls alternately onto skewers.
  6. Spoon the pesto over the mozzarella balls on the skewers.
