Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 250 g mozzarella
- 9 cherry tomato (s)
- 4 stalk / s basil
- 6 slices Parma ham, thin

- Mix the vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar together. Withhold the oil. Drain the mozzarella and cut into 18 cubes. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Wash the basil and pluck the leaves off. Cut the ham slices into thirds.
- Place tomatoes, mozzarella, ham and basil on 18 wooden skewers. Drizzle with the marinade just before serving. Garnish with the rest of the basil.
