Ingredients

  • Butter, for greasing
  • 500 g nocchi
  • 2 stalk / s cherry tomato (s)
  • 200 g double cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g mozzarella, rated or chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C and grease a baking dish with butter. Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water for 3 minutes or according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
  2. Drain and drain the gnocchi and place in the prepared dish with the tomatoes. Season the crème double with salt and pepper, whisk loosely and spread on top. Sprinkle everything with the mozzarella and bake until golden brown in a few minutes. Serve immediately.
