Ingredients

  • 1 glass cherry (s)
  • 1 bag / s vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sweet cream
  • 250 g quark
  • 2 sachets vanilla sugar
  • sugar
  • 0.5 liter ½ egg liqueur
  • Chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Bring the cherries to the boil with juice and thicken with the vanilla pudding powder. Pour into a decorative glass bowl and allow to cool.
  2. Whip the sweet cream, mix the quark with the sour cream and vanilla sugar. Possibly sweeten with additional sugar. Fold in the whipped cream and pour onto the cherry mixture.
  3. Then comes the egg liqueur. Not too frugal. The layer should be about 1 cm. Chill until ready to eat.
  4. The icing on the cake is the chocolate sprinkles that you sprinkle on shortly beforehand.
  5. If children should eat with them, set aside a small bowl without egg liqueur beforehand so that the little ones can get something out of it.
  6. I calculated the recipe for 6 people, because it is a dessert and as you know, you don’t plaster mountains from the dessert (at least normally).
