Ingredients

  • 300 g raspberries, frozen
  • 250 g strawberries, frozen
  • 1 apple
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 500 g natural yourt
  • 100 g muesli, toasted

Instructions

  1. Wash the apple and cut into thin wedges
  2. Place the frozen raspberries, frozen strawberries, sliced apple, and sugar in a pan
  3. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 10 minutes until the apple is soft
  4. Let the fruit mixture cool to room temperature
  5. Divide the cooled fruit evenly into tall glasses
  6. Pour the natural yogurt over the berries in each glass
  7. Sprinkle the toasted muesli over the top
  8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving
