  • Wheat flour, premium grade – 320 g (2 cups, 250 ml)
  • Sugar – 100 g (1/2 cup)
  • Baking powder – 3 teaspoon (no slide!)
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Vanilla – to taste
  • Grated lemon zest – 1 tbsp (zest of 1 lemon)
  • Dried cranberries or raisins (optional) – 0.5 cup

  1. Mix all products well.
  2. Place the dough in greased muffin tins.
  3. Bake muffins in a preheated oven (top) at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
