Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 90 g butter
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 30 g honey
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ rum
  • 80 g flour (universal flour)
  • 1 teaspoon spelled flour
  • 80 g flour, smooth
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch, (Maizena)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder

For the filling:

  • 1 small Glass blueberries, about 50 grams
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch, (Maizena)
  • 1 small egg white
  • 150 g cream curd, weihed well drained
  • 2 ½ tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 25 g butter

Instructions

  1. First prepare the abundance:
