  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – 4 Tbsp. spoons
  • Milk – 0.75 Cup
  • Cheese – 100 Grams
  • Sausage or ham – 100 Grams

  1. The muffin dough is easy to prepare. In this recipe, it is based on milk, and it will be even better if you put kefir or sour milk in the basis of the dough. Whisk the milk with baking powder, eggs, salt, sugar and flour. The dough should not be made too salty, as cheese and sausage are salty as well.
  2. Cut cheese and sausage into cubes (you can use ham), send them to our dough.
  3. Mix everything thoroughly. The dough should not be too thick. Also note that the muffin filling is not chopped too coarsely.
  4. Put the dough in baking tins and send to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

  5. The forms should not be filled to the brim, it is better to leave a little space. During baking, the dough will rise and a cap will form.
  6. Muffins with cheese and sausage are served hot (or cold), garnished with herbs, lettuce or fresh vegetables.
