Muffins with Cheese and Thyme Ingredients

  • Parmesan cheese (shredded on a grater) – 100 g
  • Large eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Extra virgin olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Natural yogurt without additives – 250 g
  • Fresh thyme (chopped) – 1 tbsp
  • Flour – 250 g
  • Baking powder – 2.5 teaspoon.
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon.

Muffins with Cheese and Thyme Instructions

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Oil 12 muffin tins.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add the parmesan.
  3. In another bowl, combine eggs, olive oil, yogurt and thyme and beat with a whisk or mixer. Continuing to beat at low speed, gradually introduce flour, mix well, but do not overdo it, otherwise the muffins will turn out clogged.
  4. Put the dough into prepared molds and place in a preheated oven. Bake muffins with cheese for 20 minutes. Remove the finished muffins from the oven, allow to cool on a wire rack at room temperature.
