Here is another great recipe for muffins with chocolate and cocktail cherries.
Ingredients
Wheat flour – 1 glass
Sugar – 1/3 cup
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon.
Salt – 1/4 teaspoon.
Egg (slightly beaten) – 1 pc.
Milk 2% – 1/2 cup
Odorless vegetable oil – 1/4 cup
Almond extract – 1 teaspoon
Cocktail cherry (cut in half) – 1/2 cup
Chocolate Chips or Broken Chocolate – 1/2 cup
Directions
Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a small bowl. In another large bowl, beat the egg with milk, vegetable oil and almond extract. Gradually add flour to this mixture, mix until smooth. Add cherries and chocolate chips (cracked chocolate) to the dough.
Put paper rosettes in muffin molds and fill them with 1/3 dough. Put the molds in the preheated oven and bake the products for about 20-25 minutes, until a clean wooden stick.
Leave the finished muffins to cool on a wire rack at room temperature. Then get the products out of the molds. These muffins can be served warm or chilled.
* Cherries can be replaced with frozen ones, but the taste will be different.
