Muffins with Chocolate Ingredients

  • Butter (softened) – 60 g
  • Large egg – 1 pc.
  • Sugar – 0.25 cup (50 g)
  • Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp
  • Flour – 0.6667 cup (100 g)
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Black chocolate – 60 g
  • Powdered sugar (for decoration) – to taste

Muffins with Chocolate Instructions

  1. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Place paper sockets in muffin tins.
  2. Put softened butter in a large bowl, add egg, sugar, cocoa and sift flour with baking powder. Stir the dough with a mixer at low speed.
  3. Divide half of the prepared dough into the tins.
    Break the chocolate into pieces and lightly press a piece of chocolate into the dough. Top with the remaining dough.
  4. Place in a preheated oven and bake the chocolate muffins at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Remove the finished muffins from the molds, cool slightly.
  5. Serve the chocolate muffins warm to keep the melted chocolate liquid inside. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
