Instructions

  1. For 12 muffins.
  2. First separate the three eggs and beat the yolks with the sugar until frothy. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add. Stir in the oil and milk as well and then fold in the beaten egg white.
  3. Put a spoonful of batter in the muffin molds, then half a teaspoon to a full teaspoon of Nutella on top and then about 2-3 more spoons of batter on top. Then bake the muffins for 25 minutes at 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
  4. Tip: The muffins taste best when they are lukewarm. Instead of Nutella, you can also use caramel candy or children`s chocolate as a core. And if you want, you can mix in apples or other fruit.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
