  • Butter (softened) – 100 g
  • Sugar – 100 g
  • Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Sour cream – 50 g
  • Wheat flour – 150 g
  • Baking powder – 0.5 sachet
  • Vanillin – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for lubricating molds

  1. Beat the softened butter with sugar.
  2. Then add the eggs one at a time, add the sour cream and beat the mixture thoroughly.
  3. Combine the sifted flour with vanilla and baking powder.

  5. Lubricate the muffin molds with vegetable oil.
