Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon low-fat quark
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon cereal

For covering:

  • 1 tablespoon cranberries
  • 3 tablespoon low-fat quark
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 1 handful blueberries

Instructions

  1. For the dough:
  2. Mix all the ingredients for the dough together in a heat-resistant bowl and heat in the microwave for 4 minutes.
  3. For covering:
  4. In the meantime, mash half a banana and mix it with the low-fat quark and maple syrup.
