  • 50 g apple, peeled
  • 50 g currants
  • 100 ml juice (multivitamin juice)

Instructions

  1. First of all, it is important that all ingredients are processed cold so that you really get a soft drink. If the currants are frozen (if you want to replace them with other berries, e.g. raspberries), you should let them thaw a little before processing.
  2. First of all, the 50 g apple are cut into small pieces. Then you put all the ingredients in the blender and puree them as finely as possible. Then you rub the mixture through a sieve so that the peel and kernels of the berries and any remaining apple pieces are filtered out. The whole thing is then poured into a glass and the multivitamin smoothie is ready!
  3. Tip: The currants make the drink slightly sour. If you prefer something sweet, you can compensate for this with a little honey.
  4. You don`t have to do without it in winter either, as the berries can be easily replaced with frozen fruit.
