Ingredients

  • 500 g spiral pasta
  • 125 g butter
  • 200 g cooked ham, cut into small pieces
  • 200 g Emmentaler

Instructions

  1. Cook and drain the pasta as instructed.
  2. Melt the butter in the hot pasta pot, add the ham cut into small pieces. Toss the pasta in the ham butter. Serve with grated Emmentaler.
  3. Salad goes well with it.
  4. Garlic and finely chopped green onions can also be added to the butter to taste.
