Mushroom and Green Bean Salad

Delicious warm salad of vegetables and mushrooms, which can easily replace a light dinner. Such a dish will be a wonderful and popular appetizer on the festive table. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Green beans – 200 Grams
  • Champignons – 200 Grams
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Garlic – 2-3 Cloves
  • Olive oil – 3 tbsp
  • Salt – To taste
  • Sesame – To taste (for serving)

Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients you need. Wash and dry the mushrooms.
  2. In a skillet in olive oil, fry the finely chopped onions, then add the mushrooms, chopped into plates. Fry for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Then add finely chopped garlic and pre-cooked beans. Fry for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Season with salt to taste and the salad is ready! Sprinkle with sesame seeds when serving.
  5. Delicious, both warm and cold.
